The tailor shell skirt is made from our tailor fabric which is a poly rayon spandex gabardine style of fabric.  And the shell skirt is a brand new shape for this season.

It has many seams in a sort of a tulip shape, running from the waist to the hemline. And this tulip shape is supported by layers of tulle on the inside. The skirt is fully lined with acetate, so you cannot feel the tulle layers that are there inside.

The seams run from quite a high waist, and they are shaped from the high waist, so they go from the very top, they go into your waist from the top of the skirt, then out again to create this lovely tulip shape that ends up in a slightly smaller hemline, sort of bell-shaped, tulip-shaped hemline. It's definitely a full skirt, but it has such a cinched in waistline, and it is smooth over your hips, so it's not a bulky skirt. It's fairly big around the hem, like it is a statement skirt, but it looks really good with either fitted jackets or even boxy-shaped jumpers.

It has an invisible zip at the centre back, and invisible pockets in the side seams. Because of all those layers in the skirt,  it's going to be a very warm skirt. It's definitely a statement piece that you could wear to work or a special event. It comes in the Swamp or the Charcoal.
