These units reflect our lifetime of experience of wrenching on power washers in the field. We have now designed the most durable power washer layouts for all situations.

The X Factor Hot Water Portable 220v Electric Power Washer is the perfect solution for shops who need a portable electric unit with heat. We have hand selected the top components to create an incredible all in one self contained wash bay system. Installation is very minimal, attach the wheels, connect the gun and supply the machine water and power. Typically you can be up and washing within an hour or so.

Pump Plumbing Layout

These power washers feature a Commercial Duty Triplex Plunger Pump, along with our own unique plumbing layout designed for easy serviceability.

The VRT3 Unloader Valve (pressure actuated for foaming systems) is mounted with a 3/8 screw coupler to drastically reduce repair times.

The garden hose inlet is a General Pump DuraView Filter to remove any particulates from the water line and can be visibly checked without opening.

Controls

The auto start/stop feature protects the pump from overheating while the unit is on but water is not being sprayed by automatically turning off the pump after a 15-30 second period, the dual pressure switches on the machine will sense the psi drop the next time the trigger is squeezed and turn the motor back on.

These machines also feature an hour meter to determine the best times for pump oil changes.

The TechTop Motor is totally enclosed and fan cooled with thermo protection to prevent overheating.

Burner Coil

Quality North American made oil fired burners and controls with adjustable thermostats are used for efficiency, dependability and serviceability.

Elliptically wound cold coiling process of stretched reduced full body normalized ASTM A53 GRB schedule 80 pipe. The coil is structurally braced to minimize pipe wear and vibration. It is sealed with a ceramic blanket in a stainless steel housing.

Wheels

4 Fixed Wheels = (4)-13" foam filled wheels that do not swivel, best for soft ground use.

2 Fixed Wheel 2 Swiveling Casters = (2) front 13" fixed foam filled wheels plus (2) rear 8" swiveling castors, best for hard ground use.

Hose Reel Hose

A front mount adjustable receiver holds the swiveling hose reel. The hose reel has the ability to lock at both the barrel and swivel. Included is a 100' dual wire 3/8" high pressure hose rated for 6000 psi to give you that extra reach and durability.

User Interface

We have paired these units with the highest quality trigger, lance and hose combination on the market. We chose the Suttner ST-2305 Squeeze Trigger with KEW Connects and a 48" Stainless Steel Lance.

KEW Connects give the flexibility of multiple length lances and attachments without the common o-ring issues typically seen in standard quick connects, they are much less likely to jam and also allow for swiveling the lance to get into tough areas like wheel wells and engine compartments.

The Mosmatic High PSI Gun Inlet Swivel eliminates hose fatigue, swiveling under full PSI. The dual wire braided 100' Hose offers maximum durability, rated for 6000psi.
